What Happens In Class?
Access livestream and on-demand sessions on your computer, tablet, or smart phone by logging into the Cultivate portal. All you need is yourself, although you’re invited to create a sumptuous space when possible. Lay down and receive easy-to-follow, healing guidance that’s designed to reconnect you to the flow of the universe.

What To Expect?
Results may include mental, emotional, and even physical release. With practice, you can create new neural pathways to better regulate your nervous system, thereby cultivating the ability to access greater states of calm, emotional resilience, and creative flow with more regularity.
How Does It Work?
Cultivate is anchored in the evidence-based practices of Reiki and Mindfulness, which has been scientifically shown to increase creativity by 22%. By decreasing negative thinking, nervousness, and restlessness, these practices can actually rewire the brain for calm and focus while also broadening the scope of the imagination.
This rewiring process has been scientifically observed in MRI scans of Mindfulness meditators, which show a decrease in the size of the amygdala (this is where stress and the 'fight or flight’ response live in the brain) and increased density in the prefrontal cortex and limbic system (the regions responsible for focus and emotional regulation, respectively).
